Collective Creation – In context of Posthumanism
In my Thesis at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, I was researching Cultural Posthumanism, its definition, and its possible effects. In my Capstone project, which was part of the Thesis, I was curious to explore if typography can be a collective process. What is the power of accessibility in typography? The Typeface versions were made in →glyphdrawing.club, a platform created by Heikki Lotvonen. In summary, 14 designers participated. The Thesis book is self-bound. A "Specimen poster" of the typographic outcomes was developed and the outcomes were reiterated with Motion.
