the tattoo museum—

Tattoos are not only a picture blended into the skin with precision and knowledge. They are also windows into vast and utterly different cultures from around the world. We started early, with the first-ever found tattoo in 1991 dating back to 9500 BC.

To prevent loss of information or even whole cultures, I created this museum as my bachelor thesis. I want to draw the unexpurgated picture that tattooing is not only a form of art but even more a form of culture and history.
